Our Kinnie multivitamin should be consumed once a day. Our little one loves it as a replacement to his morning orange juice (why the flavor is orange). Immune while beneficial may not be needed daily. We use it most often when traveling, during cold seasons, or during the school year. Calm is also beneficial and non habit forming so can be consumed daily. The reason we made this product was for longer airplane or car travel. Its also great for those nights when they are having trouble calming down for bed.
